HOW IT WORKS

1. What is Ecozyme?

Ecozyme is a proven bio-enzyme fuel catalyst. It contains naturally occurring enzymes which react with fossil fuel oils to enhance combustion and reduce emissions.

Ecozyme bio-enzymes modify the molecular structure of fuels to facilitate efficient combustion.
This results in increased performance, economy, and a reduction in the emission of harmful gases including Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrocarbons (HC), Nitrous Oxide (NOx), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) and Black smoke. Ecozyme bio-enzymes act to prevent the growth of micro-organisms, including bacteria, fungi and yeast.

2. How does Ecozyme work?

Before Combustion

Cleans fuel, tanks, pipes, pumps & injectors.
Restricts the formation of sulphur oxides.
Dispersion of sludge & water, improves lubricity.

During Combustion

ccelerates combustion and increases thermal efficiency.
Reduces friction
Reduces oil consumption and carbon deposits
Reduce maintenance costs

After Combustion

Reduced particulates - soot/smoke
Reduced gas emissions and odours
Reduced engine vibration
Increased fuel economy 7-15, depending on driving conditions and age of vehicle
Enables catalytic converters and turbochargers to work as designed

3. Ecozyme - What it will not do?

Ecozyme cleans fuel and de-cokes engines; it will not rectify mechanical faults:

Air filters should be clean, timing correct
Worn injectors replaced and fuel pumps correctly maintained
Burning oil

4. Ecozyme - What to expect when first used?

A reduction in smoke after 20-30 minutes of engine under load. In older engines the emissions may temporarily go up.
This is due to the non-abrasive decoking action and will disappear at a rate relative to time, engine speed, and miles covered.
The end result will be a clear exhaust under load. Engine performance improves with continued use.
