ABOUT ECOZYME
ECOZYME Bio-Enzymes are produced in Europe. All emission tests are done to European Union (EU) standards where rules and regulations are very specific and at world leading standards. ECOZYME Bio-Enzymes reduce emissions and improve fuel and thermal efficiency in internal combustion engines and boilers. Any process that burns fossil fuel oils can benefit from the application of ECOZYME Bio-Enzymes. Amongst our principals (Soltron) customers are: power generators, process plants, rotary kilns, commercial and domestic heating fuel suppliers, public transport systems, maritime, haulage and vehicle operators (busses, trucks, passenger cars, etc).
Emissions Control
ECOZYME Bio-Enzymes reduce combustion emissions by influencing the speed of combustion and rate of heat release. Their use also complements current 'after-treatment' devices such as catalytic converters, thereby giving even lower emissions of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide and particulates.
Fuel Efficiencies
Engines: the improvements in fuel efficiency is seen through reduced exhaust emissions and reductions in fuel system fouling. Boilers: significant improvements in the Stoichiometric mix result in higher thermal efficiencies and lower fuel consumption.
Energy Conservation
Significant improvements in base line efficiencies are possible by adding ECOZYME Bio-Enzymes to residual oils and fuel blends. In the current conservation-conscious environment these improvements are highly desirable.
